Louisa’s photography focuses on the habitats within which her subjects reside and the environments in which they shape and build around themselves. Women’s issues are often at the forefront of her work and a project spanning the past five years specifically looks at ‘women who live alone'. The homes they live in, the interiors they create, and the objects they possess. Visiting for cups of tea, or homemade cake from Manchester to LA, Brighton to Cannes, she has explored their homes and listened to their stories.
